Because the price is fixed in advance and depends on the tattoo, not the city: a small black design of 5 x 5 cm costs CHF 200 per session, a palm-sized one of 10 x 10 cm CHF 350, colour designs CHF 50 more. Does it hurt?
It stings – similar to a rubber band snapping on the skin. Cooling takes a lot of it away, and a session often takes only a few minutes. Most say afterwards: less bad than getting the tattoo.
Will there be scars?
With proper picosecond treatment the risk is very low. The laser works with hardly any heat. What matters is the aftercare and not scratching the area.
Does health insurance pay?
No, in Switzerland tattoo removal counts as a cosmetic treatment. That's why we deliberately keep prices fair and state them in advance.
Can colour tattoos be removed too?
Yes. Black goes fastest; red and green usually need a few more sessions. The test patch shows us how your colours react.
